Responsibilities

Participate in functional and technical discussions with clients and team members.
Prepare automated test scripts and maintain the test case suite.
Develop and enhance automated tests for new system features.
Create work plans and monitor schedules for timely delivery.
Design and implement scalable test automation frameworks.
Develop comprehensive test strategies and plans.
Manage test data and prepare status reports.
Mitigate risks and address project escalations proactively.
Mentor and guide QA engineers in leveraging the testing framework.
Enhance technical skills of QA engineers to boost productivity.

Requirements

Strong understanding of functional testing concepts and methodologies.
Proficiency in test automation tools and scripting (e.g., Selenium, TestNG).
Solid experience in developing test plans, strategies, and frameworks.
Familiarity with performance testing tools and techniques.
Good knowledge of database testing and data validation practices.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Desired Qualifications

ISTQB Certified Tester (Foundation Level) is optional but valuable.
Certification in Test Automation (e.g., Certified Selenium Tester) is optional but valuable.
