In short

We are looking for an experienced Senior Full Stack Engineer / Technical Lead with a strong backend focus to design, build, and operate large-scale distributed systems. You will lead the development of cloud-native platforms using Node.js, TypeScript, Express.js, MongoDB, Redis, Kafka, and Microservices, while providing technical leadership. Your primary focus will be building robust backend platforms, with hands-on involvement in frontend development using ReactJS.

Responsibilities

Design, build, and operate large-scale distributed systems.
Lead the development of cloud-native platforms using Node.js, TypeScript, Express.js, MongoDB, Redis, Kafka, and Microservices.
Provide technical leadership to a cross-functional engineering team.
Architect scalable backend services.
Design event-driven systems.
Optimize distributed workloads.
Drive platform reliability, security, and performance.
Maintain hands-on involvement in frontend development using ReactJS.
Own technical direction, solution architecture, engineering standards, delivery planning, code quality, and mentoring engineers.
Work closely with Product Owners, Architects, DevOps, and other engineering teams.

Requirements

9+ years of experience.
Extensive experience building and operating high-scale backend systems in production environments.
Deep expertise in Node.js, TypeScript, and Express.js for enterprise-grade backend development.
Deep expertise in Microservices Architecture and distributed system design.
Deep expertise in Kafka for event-driven architectures, asynchronous processing, and service integration.
Deep expertise in MongoDB data modeling, indexing strategies, aggregation pipelines, and performance tuning.
Deep expertise in Redis for caching, distributed locking, session management, and performance optimization.
Experience with Cloud Platforms (Azure preferred, AWS or GCP acceptable).
Experience with Containerization and Orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes.
Experience with CI/CD, Infrastructure Automation, and DevOps Practices.
Experience with API design, security, authentication, authorization, and observability.
