HCLTech is looking for a Technical Specialist in Bengaluru, Karnataka. The role requires 8-10 years of experience in SAP, with a focus on BTP frontend developments, ABAP oDATA, Fiori, and UI5. Responsibilities include planning, coordinating, and executing SAP BTP projects, alongside strong business analysis and client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

Play a crucial role in planning, coordinating, and executing development activities for SAP BTP Development / Roll-out / Upgrade / Migration projects.
Provide technical development consulting and migration cutover planning.
Gather migration requirements and migration rules with cross-functional teams.
Collaborate with team members and experts to identify and resolve development-related issues.
Ensure client management through prior customer-facing roles.
Drive the migration team with a servant leadership mindset.

Requirements

At least 10 years of proven experience working in SAP.
2-3 full lifecycle implementations of BTP frontend developments.
In-depth knowledge of ABAP oDATA.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business, related field, or equivalent experience.
Hands-on frontend developer with Fiori/UI5 experience.
Experience in development on BTP platform.
Good experience in Development management including planning, tracking, reporting.
Good SAP process knowledge.
Proficiency in Business Analysis, Business Knowledge & Technical Solution Design.
Prior customer-facing roles.
Effective communication, presentation, and people skills.
Demonstrated experience working with cross-functional teams, including teams working on interfaces.

Desired Qualifications

Understanding of business processes in SAP with proven experience of working as an SAP functional consultant would be a plus.
Strong planning, problem-solving and analytical skills.
