Responsibilities

Lead application discovery, assessment, and cloud migration workshops.
Analyze application architecture, dependencies, integrations, databases, and infrastructure components.
Perform 6R assessments (Rehost, Replatform, Refactor, Repurchase, Retire, Retain) and recommend migration strategies.
Define target-state cloud architecture for Java and .NET applications.
Design scalable, secure, resilient, and cloud-native solutions.
Drive application modernization initiatives, including microservices and API-led architectures.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, application owners, infrastructure, security, and DevOps teams.
Identify migration risks, dependencies, technical debt, and remediation plans.
Lead architecture reviews and provide governance throughout the migration lifecycle.
Support migration planning, cutover activities, production readiness reviews, and hypercare support.
Mentor technical teams and provide architectural guidance during implementation.
