Responsibilities

Provide L2/L3 functional support for SAP MM, QM, and WM modules.
Manage incidents, service requests, problem tickets, and change/enhancement requests within agreed SLAs.
Perform root-cause analysis for recurring production issues and provide permanent solutions.
Work closely with business users, technical teams, and other SAP functional teams.
Support and configure Purchase Requisitions, Purchase Orders, RFQ, Quotation processes, Contracts, Scheduling Agreements, Goods Receipt/Issue, Inventory Management, STO, Subcontracting, Consignment, Invoice Verification, Material and Vendor/Business Partner Master, Release Strategy/Workflow, Account Determination.
Support end-to-end Quality Management processes including Incoming/Procurement Inspection, In-process/Final Inspection, Inspection Types/Lots, Inspection Plans, Master Inspection Characteristics, Results Recording, Usage Decision, Quality Notifications, Quality Certificates.
Manage warehouse and inventory processes including Warehouse Structure, Storage Types/Bins, Putaway/Picking, Transfer Requirements/Orders, Goods Receipt/Issue, Posting Changes, Stock Transfers, Physical Inventory, Inventory Differences and Reconciliation.
Handle P1/P2/P3 incidents and ensure timely resolution as per SLA.
Troubleshoot business-critical procurement, inventory, quality, and warehouse issues.
Perform incident, problem, and change management.
Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with ABAP developers for enhancements.
Support unit testing, SIT, UAT, regression testing, and production deployment.
Support interfaces, IDocs, batch jobs, and third-party integrations.
Participate in month-end activities and critical production support.
Maintain SOPs, functional documentation, RCA documents, and knowledge articles.

Requirements

6+ years of SAP functional experience.
Strong hands-on expertise in SAP MM, with good experience in QM and WM.
Strong knowledge of P2P, Inventory Management, Quality Management, and Warehouse Management.
Experience with SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA.
Strong cross-module integration knowledge.
Experience in an AMS / production support environment.
Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and customer-facing skills.

Desired Qualifications

S/4HANA implementation or support experience.
Knowledge of S/4HANA Sourcing & Procurement.
Exposure to SAP EWM is an added advantage.
Experience supporting global manufacturing environments.
Experience working in an onsite/offshore AMS model.
