Ericsson seeks a fluent French-speaking Talent Acquisition Partner to join its evolving in-house TA organization. This role involves managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, partnering closely with hiring managers and HR, and leveraging modern recruitment technology and AI to drive hiring strategies and deliver an exceptional candidate experience.

Responsibilities

Partner with the business to understand talent requirements and develop recruitment strategies.
Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, from initial briefing to onboarding.
Develop sourcing strategies and build talent pipelines using tools like Eightfold AI and LinkedIn Talent Insights.
Provide market insight and data to advise hiring managers on effective hiring strategies.
Ensure a high-quality, consistent, and inclusive recruitment experience for candidates and hiring managers.
Support structured and inclusive selection processes.
Manage the offer process and candidate engagement through to the first day.
Utilize AI and recruitment technology to enhance efficiency.
Ensure compliance with local requirements, data privacy, and company policies.

Requirements

Proven experience in Talent Acquisition or recruitment (in-house, RPO, or agency).
Fluent French language skills (written and spoken).
Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
Experience managing recruitment processes from initial briefing to offer and onboarding.
Strong sourcing capability and experience engaging talent proactively.
Interest in using technology, AI, and talent intelligence in recruitment.
Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Commitment to delivering an inclusive and high-quality candidate experience.
Adaptability, resilience, curiosity, and a results-focused approach.

Desired Qualifications

A bachelor's degree is advantageous but not essential.
