Responsibilities
- Support partners with integrations and technical questions, guiding them through a smooth onboarding.
- Work with partners and internal teams to help them integrate with bank systems.
- Act as a link for sales teams by helping them understand the product and sell it more effectively.
- Investigate integration and onboarding issues, find the root cause, and escalate when needed.
- Collaborate with technical and operational colleagues to improve support, onboarding, and documentation.
Requirements
- Fluent English and Lithuanian.
- Experience in technical support, integration support, onboarding, or a similar role working with partners.
- Understanding of APIs and web technologies, including HTTP, REST, JSON, and webhooks.
- Experience working with external partners in a B2B environment.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to explain technical topics in plain language.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in fintech, payments, banking, or another regulated environment is an advantage.
- Experience with tools such as Jira, Zendesk, or Freshdesk is an advantage.
