In short

We are looking for a Subject Matter Expert in SAP VIM with 8-10 years of experience to drive the implementation and operation of Ariba solutions for a global project. You will manage configurations, collaborate with stakeholders, and develop change management strategies for over 1000 users worldwide, ensuring smooth go-live and efficient invoice handling.

Responsibilities

Drive SAP VIM teams (internal and implementation partner) in providing guidance and support for successful Ariba solutions implementation and operation.
Collaborate with stakeholders and business units globally to understand procurement needs and translate them into effective VIM solutions.
Manage configuration and customization of OpenText invoicing components modules for diverse requirements across multiple locations.
Monitor and report on S4 processes and KPIs, identifying areas for improvement for a successful go-live.
Recommend upgrades and enhancements for Ingka’s global project requirements based on latest SAP VIM developments.
Develop and deliver change management strategies, communication plans, and end-user training for over 1000 users.
Resolve complex issues in configurations, developments, integrations, and processes, providing global support.
Work with AMS partner to resolve issues and provide solutions/guidance.
Perform VIM, Business Center, and Business Center Capture configuration and document changes.
Assess current VIM enhancements and document required changes.
Review and approve solutions in Ingka tools, responsible for documentation and PoCs.

Requirements

Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in SAP SAP OpenText invoicing components, with a comprehensive understanding of OpenText VIM, IES/BCC, BC, Archive server and invoicing channels.
Implementation experience in SAP OpenText VIM.
Proven track record in leading and successfully managing large-scale SAP VIM implementations across multiple locations.
Technical and functional understanding of SAP S/4 HANA Source to Pay business process and system architecture.
Experience in Support projects with knowledge of SLAs and Priorities, incident Management, and Change Management process.
Experience in SAP OpenText VIM - end to end configuration including workflows.
Knowledgeable in Open Text Archive server and able to work on needed configurations & concepts.
Strong experience in SAP Account Payable – end to end process.
Experience working on integration with reference to Purchase order and Outbound/ Inbound EDI messages, IDOCs error handling.
Experience working with SAP PI/PO resources in integrating SAP with 3rd Party systems.
Strong experience in implementing and supporting SAP OpenText invoicing components, including configuration, testing, and deployment.
Possess techno-functional SAP OpenText invoicing - experience (solution design and implementation).
Solid understanding of SAP VIM integration with other SAP modules such as FI, MM, and SD.
Hands-on experience in configuring SAP VIM workflows, document types, and post-processing framework (PPF).
As SAP VIM Consultant, provide expert-level advice and solutions, work closely with clients to understand business processes, gather requirements, design, configure, test, and deploy SAP VIM solutions.
Provide technical expertise, guidance, and support to the project team and end users.
Excellent understanding of end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) business processes, invoice management, and accounts payable (AP) operations.

Desired Qualifications

Experience in working with SAP applications and tools for process modeling and testing is preferred.
Breadth of exposure in SAP Other modules – Consultant shall be able to provide new ideas and solution proposals on any business requirement.
Certification/s in OpenText, especially VIM, will be preferred.
