Responsibilities

Collaborate with internal and cross-functional teams to define strategic initiatives for Google's network infrastructure needs in India.
Ensure best unit cost delivery for Google network infrastructure aligned with near build cost economics.
Drive special projects and leadership priorities across regions, functions, and time horizons, including strategy articulation, execution, and tracking.
Manage multiple vendors or suppliers and keep key stakeholders informed of issues and resolutions.
Negotiate multiple types of contracts with vendors or suppliers in the subsea and terrestrial telecom infrastructure domain.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
4 years of experience managing projects or supporting the planning and development of business agreements.

Desired Qualifications

Market knowledge, including vendors, infrastructure, prices, and trends.
Commercial negotiation skills, including relationship management, aptitude, and influencing skills.
Vendor and Partner Management experience.
Comprehensive knowledge of the telecom domain, and good understanding of telecom terrestrial and subsea networks.
Experience with agreement formation, general legal knowledge, analytical skills, and regulatory experience.
