As a Sr. Solutions Architect for AWS Industries in India, you will design cloud architectures using AWS services to help industry customers with their digital transformation. You will provide technical leadership, drive revenue growth, and act as a trusted customer advocate, working with enterprise clients to implement advanced cloud solutions.

Responsibilities

Partner with customers to design cloud architectures utilizing AWS services.
Provide architectural and technical leadership to a portfolio of customers.
Guide architectural design decisions, ensuring high availability and performance.
Evangelize the latest innovations and best practices in infrastructure, engineering, and application design.
Mentor peers and customers.
Drive revenue growth across specific customers.
Help organizations understand and implement advanced cloud-based solutions.
Shape and execute a strategy to build knowledge and broad use of AWS.
Partner with internal AWS teams (services, marketing, professional services) and represent the team to executive management.

Requirements

5+ years of design, implementation, or consulting in applications and infrastructures experience.
Knowledge of cloud architecture.
10+ years of architecting/operating solutions built on any cloud service provider (Azure, AWS, GCP, OCI, etc.).
Technical depth, business aptitude, and ability to lead in-depth technology discussions.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with Enterprise Architects, Technical Architects, Cloud Architects, Directors, VP’s and CXOs.

Desired Qualifications

Knowledge of software development tools and methodologies.
Knowledge of AWS services, market segments, customer base and industry verticals.
7+ years of cloud architecture and solution implementation experience, or AWS Professional level certification.
Experience leading the architecture and design of new and current systems, or building complex software systems.
10+ years' experience in designing and implementing large distributed systems, with deep expertise in core infrastructure, solution architecture, and distributed computing patterns.
Professional experience in pre-sales consulting with proven presentation skills and executive engagement capabilities.
