Qualcomm's Industrial and Embedded IoT team seeks a strategic Manager of Product Marketing to lead global marketing for Industrial AI processors and connectivity. This role drives end-to-end go-to-market strategy and execution, playing a key part in shaping Qualcomm's leadership in industrial verticals.
Responsibilities
- Own the full-funnel marketing strategy and execution for new product launches, including product messaging, asset creation, and global campaign activation.
- Drive industrial vertical marketing efforts, including thought leadership content creation and compelling messaging.
- Lead the 360-degree marketing team (developer, digital, partner, brand, PR/AR) to achieve marketing objectives.
- Partner closely with product management, engineering, sales, and regional teams to execute strategic initiatives.
- Manage major event marketing and demo strategies, showcasing edge AI and connectivity innovations.
- Define clear marketing project plans, milestones, and success metrics; proactively identify and mitigate risks.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of Product Marketing, Marketing, Business, Engineering, Communications, or related work experience.
- Associate's degree or equivalent degree and 6+ years of relevant experience.
- High school Diploma or equivalent and 8+ years of relevant experience.
- Completed advanced degrees in a relevant field may be substituted for up to two years of work experience.
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, engineering, business, or a related field; MBA with technical background is preferred.
- 8+ years of experience in product marketing, go-to-market strategy, or related roles within a technology company.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives in a global environment.
- Experience marketing semiconductor, platform, or embedded technology solutions to industrial, enterprise, or B2B audiences.
- Strong understanding of industrial IoT, edge AI, and connected device ecosystems; hands-on experience in the industrial or manufacturing vertical is a strong plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a proven ability to craft compelling narratives for both technical and business audiences.
- Exceptional proficiency in PowerPoint with a strong attention to detail and design sensibility.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams and deliver results on time.
- Comfortable traveling to industry conferences and partner events as required.
