As a Sr Consultant in Noida, India, you will lead Organizational Change Management (OCM) activities for SAP projects, including SuccessFactors and S/4HANA. Responsibilities

Lead OCM activities for SAP projects (SuccessFactors, SAP HCM, ECP, S/4HANA, or similar SAP transformation programs)
Develop and execute change management, stakeholder engagement, and communication strategies
Design, coordinate, and deliver training programs, training materials, and end-user adoption activities
Partner with business and IT teams to support organizational readiness and successful solution deployment

Requirements

Proven experience leading OCM activities for SAP projects (SuccessFactors, SAP HCM, ECP, S/4HANA, or similar SAP transformation programs)
Strong communication, facilitation, and change leadership skills

Desired Qualifications

Experience with SuccessFactors, SAP HCM, ECP, S/4HANA, or similar SAP transformation programs
Experience in developing and executing stakeholder engagement and communication strategies
