Responsibilities
- Perform automation design in customer orders throughout the order process.
- Develop, maintain, and support automation soft- and hardware.
- Participate in all project steps: sales support, design, programming, simulation test, workshop test, and commissioning support.
- Work on Automation Upgrade Orders.
- Utilize Tetra Pak common automation platforms for uniform structure and support to the Field Service team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Instrumentation Engineering or Electronics Engineering.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- 7-10 years of working experience with automation design.
- Proficient using MS Office software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
- Must be able to work effectively across diverse time zones (IST, CET, EST).
Desired Qualifications
- Role involves domestic and international travel, averaging up to 30 days annually.
- Understanding of general principles of food product processing and packaging.
- Knowledge of main equipment, composition, quality aspects, and hygienic requirements for equipment, facilities, and operators.
- Good knowledge and experience of engineering practices, including plants, process lines, applications, and technology for Production Solutions design.
- Knowledge and understanding of engineering practices for food processing machinery design, including applied food processing technology, hygienic design, general machine design, testing methods, and manufacturing techniques.
