As a Sr. Associate for Prime Video Trust & Safety in Bengaluru, you will review Arabic-language content for maturity ratings, compliance risks, and policy violations, considering MENA cultural sensitivities. The role involves developing expertise in regulations and policies, conducting in-depth analysis, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure content meets standards.

Responsibilities

Review Arabic-language content for maturity ratings, content descriptors, and compliance risks.
Flag policy violations and consult with policy and program teams.
Understand and apply cultural, religious, and sociopolitical landscape of MENA markets to real-time compliance decisions.
Develop expertise in MENA content regulations and Amazon's internal content policies.
Conduct in-depth content analysis to identify compliance gaps and develop actionable recommendations.
Work cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders to deliver on compliance goals.
Ensure published titles meet regulatory and quality standards.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree
2 or more years of prior experience in content moderation, content compliance, regulatory risk, or Trust and Safety operations
Fluent in Modern Standard Arabic (MSA) and English at C1+ level (written and spoken)
Required comprehension of Saudi/Gulf (Khaliji) and Egyptian Arabic dialects
Understanding of geographical, sociopolitical, and cultural sensitivities across MENA territories
Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (pivot tables, charts, lookups, data cleansing)
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail
Ability to work in a diverse team
Experience reviewing audio-visual content for maturity ratings, content descriptors, and regional compliance
Strong written communication in English for compliance reports, escalation summaries, and policy documentation

Desired Qualifications

CEFR: Rating of C1 or C2
ACTFL OPI/OPIc: Advanced High or Superior
