HCLTech is seeking a Sr Administrator for Support & Operations in Lucknow, India. This role requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in Remote Desktop Support, experience with international clients, and 24/7 shift availability. The administrator will be responsible for planning and installing hardware/software, providing remote support, managing tickets, and leading operations staff.

Responsibilities

Assist in planning and installation of desktop hardware and software.
Provide mobile device and remote support.
Deliver fixes to desktop issues, including software upgrades, backups, and system configurations.
Achieve first contact resolution or follow escalation procedures.
Utilize collaboration tools and follow best practice ticket management.
Hire, train, and develop operations staff.
Motivate, reward, and recognize staff performance.
Take ownership of critical incidents and coordinate resolution.
Establish effective communication between stakeholders for post-incident reviews.

Requirements

Minimum 4 years of experience in Remote Desktop Support.
Must have worked for an International Customer.
Should have Escalation Handling experience.
Willing to work in 24*7 shifts.
Excellent Communication Skills (Verbal & Written).
Proficiency in leading both physical and virtual teams.
Operational ability in a diverse, large-scale environment.
Exceptional customer-facing skills.
In-depth knowledge of escalation procedures, incident management, and service delivery.
Strong organizational skills.
Capacity to train and guide junior team members.
Ability to manage and prioritize tasks efficiently.
Readiness to demonstrate a proactive attitude.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
