HCLTech is seeking a Solution Director with deep expertise in UCIe 2.0/3.0 architecture, die-to-die protocols, PHY, and power-management features. This role requires proven experience translating specifications into implementable requirements and guiding design, verification, and implementation teams. The position is based in Bangalore and Chennai.

Responsibilities

Guide design, verification, physical implementation, package, firmware, and post-layout teams through specification and closure challenges.
Own technical reviews, compliance strategy, performance trade-offs, risk mitigation, debug, and team mentoring.

Requirements

Deep expertise in UCIe 2.0/3.0 architecture, die-to-die protocols, PHY, adapter, link initialization, and power-management features.
Proven experience translating UCIe specifications into implementable analog, digital, package, and verification requirements.
Strong knowledge of high-speed SerDes, clocking, equalization, channel modeling, signal integrity, interoperability, and compliance.
