The Subject Matter Expert (Support & Ops) will resolve escalations and incidents for Microsoft Hyper-V, SCVMM, and SCCM, ensuring SLA adherence. This role involves mentoring team members, validating change plans, conducting root cause analysis, and engaging with stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Ensure timely resolution and quality compliance of escalated tickets and incidents through in-depth analysis of Microsoft Hyper-V, SCVMM, and SCCM configurations, adhering to agreed Service Level Agreements.
Mentor team members and administrators in best practices for Microsoft Hyper-V and SCCM operations.
Prepare Standard Operating Procedures and maintain comprehensive documentation for knowledge sharing.
Validate change order implementation plans and assess human error compliance.
Actively participate in capacity planning activities to optimize resource allocation.
Engage in customer meetings to actively address and resolve issues.
Conduct thorough analyses, including root cause analysis and trend analysis.
Prepare detailed reports to present findings and recommendations to key business stakeholders.

Requirements

Proficient in Microsoft Hyper-V and SCVMM administration.
Strong understanding of SCCM for system management and deployment.
Familiarity with incident management and ticket resolution processes.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication and presentation abilities.

Desired Qualifications

Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate (Optional But Valuable).
ITIL Foundation Certification (Optional But Valuable).
