Responsibilities

Supervise shift team's progress against work plans.
Ensure proper use of machinery, equipment, and assembly lines.
Provide regular feedback and recommendations to management on production line issues.
Execute daily production plans for timely and efficient output.
Prepare rotor balancing reports for customer inspections.
Operate low-speed and high-speed balancing machines.
Manage CNC lathe operations on Machines 1 and 2.
Review and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Prepare CAPA, 8D reports, and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
Allocate staff effectively to optimize productivity.
Maintain adequate stock of balancing washers.
Support the pressing team in achieving production targets.
Ensure compliance with safety requirements.
Prepare and share 5S slides and reports.

Requirements

Full time engineering in Mechanical with 2 to 3 years of experience.
Ensure order posting and process confirmation in SAP.
Ensures integrity and compliance with ABB values and ethics.
Accountable for the health and safety of all employees and contractors.
Continuous improvement in Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) processes.
