Review mentee resumes prior to coaching sessions.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
Must be a mentee participating in the 2026 SheBuilds Mentorship Program India.
Must have registered to participate in 1:1 Coaching.

Desired Qualifications

Degree or diploma in HR or any related field.
Experience working in a fast-paced, quickly changing or international environment.
Experience with technical tracking systems / softwares (like ATS).
