HCLTech is seeking a Domain Consultant III with 10-12 years of experience in Data Center Power Infrastructure, specializing in AI-ready and hyperscale environments. This role involves defining, standardizing, and governing power infrastructure design, acting as a technical authority for mission-critical electrical systems.

Responsibilities

Define and govern global power design standards for AI and hyperscale data centers.
Develop end-to-end electrical infrastructure designs including MV/LV systems, UPS, generators, PDUs, RPPs, and busway systems.
Translate AI and GPU workload requirements into reliable, high-density power architectures.
Develop capacity and load models for bursty and dynamic AI workloads.
Design redundancy architectures such as N+1, 2N, and distributed resiliency models.
Perform load flow, short-circuit, and power quality analysis.
Support site feasibility assessments.
Facilitate the readiness and availability of GTM propositions and offering maps, coordinating with marketing to align with business unit needs.
Oversee the creation and formalization of case studies into GTM collateral to illustrate success stories and testimonials.
Gather insights on industry developments and analyze competitor strategies and specific account details.
Collaborate with the sales team (hunting & farming) on key focus areas & customer profiles.
Implement improvements based on evaluation to enhance the effectiveness and relevance of collateral.
