ASSA ABLOY Entrance Systems is seeking a Service Contract Planned Maintenance Coordinator in Monroe, NC. The role involves scheduling and managing preventive maintenance activities for service contracts, reviewing execution reports, and resolving contract-related issues. This hybrid position requires a Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of experience in contract management or service coordination.

Responsibilities

Coordinate PM periods for new and renewed service contracts.
Review and maintain PM periods for unblocked contracts.
Ensure timely scheduling and execution of preventive maintenance activities.
Review contract execution reports regularly.
Release contracts when appropriate.
Investigate and resolve issues with Legal, Branch and Dispatch divisions related to blocked or unreleased contracts.
Process pre-cancellations and cancellations of service contracts.
Communicate with branch and dispatch divisions regarding contract status changes.
Release PMs monthly.
Track and report on PM completion rates and any delays or issues.
Perform additional tasks as needed to support the service contract team.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
2+ years of experience in contract management or service coordination
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and contract management software
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Desired Qualifications

Experience in the service industry or with preventive maintenance programs
Knowledge of service level agreements
