Stay updated with emerging technologies and methodologies, integrating them into existing projects to maintain high-quality solutions.
Conduct technical interviews, facilitate training sessions, and mentor team members.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather specifications and understand project requirements.
Contribute to competency development by creating technical collaterals, authoring whitepapers, and analyzing market trends.
Recommend and implement best practices and client value creation initiatives.

Requirements

Expert proficiency in React.Js and Javascript, with a solid understanding of modern Javascript frameworks and libraries.
Strong knowledge of web services, Node.Js, Angular, and HTML for full-stack development capabilities.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to architect complex solutions.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration and mentoring.
