As a Senior Technical Program Manager for UnifiedAuth at Amazon, you will lead strategy and requirements definition for securing customer and corporate communications across all Amazon services. You will work closely with software development engineers and product management, guiding complex software solutions from concept to delivery using agile methodologies, and communicating with senior management on status, risks, and strategy.

Responsibilities

Define strategy and requirements in collaboration with product management and business partners.
Lead software development teams from concept through delivery and operation.
Communicate regularly with senior management on status, risks, and product strategy.
Drive teams to build solutions and ensure high quality in design and architecture.
Dive deep into understanding problems to help teams make the right decisions.
Work across organizational lines.
Manage projects, including scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, and critical path.
Define KPIs/SLAs and report to senior leadership.

Requirements

7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience.
5+ years of technical product or program management experience.
3+ years of software development experience.
5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience.
Experience working on complex software solutions using an agile methodology.
Proven track record of working across organizational lines.
Strong communication skills.
Proven abilities in managing through ambiguous situations.

Desired Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science or equivalent.
5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience.
Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules.
Experience defining KPI's/SLA's used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership.
