Responsibilities

Build and maintain large-scale, cloud-native applications with expertise across modern frontend and backend technologies.
Develop scalable solutions using Node.js, Express.js, ReactJS, TypeScript, MongoDB, Redis, and Kafka.
Drive engineering excellence through automation and modern software delivery practices.
Design and implement microservices-based architectures.
Build responsive and high-performance applications.
Develop resilient APIs and event-driven services.
Optimize system performance across distributed environments.
Collaborate closely with product, platform, and DevOps teams.
Champion automation across development, testing, deployment, and operational processes.
Deliver secure, reliable, and scalable solutions.
Enable faster releases and improved platform reliability.

Requirements

6+ years of experience.
Full stack development expertise.
Hands-on experience building and operating cloud-native applications in production environments.
Understanding of distributed systems, scalability, resilience, observability, and modern software architecture patterns.
Proven specialization in 2-3 areas from: Node.js/Express.js, TypeScript/JavaScript, ReactJS, MongoDB, Redis, Kafka, Microservices Architecture, Cloud Platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP), CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code.

Desired Qualifications

Expertise across modern frontend and backend technologies.
Experience with Node.js, Express.js for scalable API and backend development.
Proficiency in TypeScript and modern JavaScript development.
Experience with ReactJS with component-driven architecture, state management, and performance optimization.
Experience with MongoDB schema design, indexing, aggregation, and query optimization.
Experience with Redis for caching, session management, distributed locking, and performance acceleration.
Experience with Kafka for event streaming, asynchronous processing, and event-driven architectures.
Experience with Microservices Architecture including API gateways, service discovery, resilience patterns, and observability.
Experience with Cloud Platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) with containerized and serverless deployments.
Experience with CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code.
