Responsible for managing technology in complex projects, providing technical guidance to developers, and ensuring successful delivery of solutions. This includes conducting code reviews, overseeing quality assurance, and collaborating with stakeholders to define project scope and objectives.

Responsibilities

Provide technical guidance to a team of developers, enhancing their technical capabilities and increasing productivity.
Conduct comprehensive code reviews, establish and oversee quality assurance processes, performance optimization, and implementation of best practices and coding standards to ensure successful delivery of complex projects.
Ensure process compliance in the assigned module and participate in technical discussions/reviews as a technical consultant for feasibility study (technical alternatives, best packages, supporting architecture best practices, technical risks, breakdown into components, estimations).
Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, deliverables and accordingly prepare and submit status reports for minimizing exposure & closure of escalations.

Requirements

Experience in managing technology in complex projects.
Proven ability to provide technical guidance and enhance developer capabilities.
Experience with code reviews and quality assurance processes.
Familiarity with performance optimization and best practices.
Experience in technical discussions and feasibility studies.
Ability to collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
Experience in preparing and submitting status reports.

Experience working in a global technology company.
Familiarity with digital, engineering, cloud and AI capabilities.
Experience working with clients across various verticals including Financial Services, Manufacturing, Life Sciences and Healthcare, Technology and Services, Telecom and Media, Retail and CPG, and Public Services.
