Responsibilities
- Define business requirements and solution design for complex reporting needs across Sales, Finance, Engineering, and Operations.
- Translate ambiguous business questions into clear requirements, data model expectations, dashboard designs, and implementation-ready specifications.
- Identify and lead opportunities to embed AI, Copilot, automation, and advanced analytics into sales operations workflows.
- Own intake, triage, prioritization, and routing of BI issues, reporting gaps, enhancements, access concerns, and data-quality questions.
- Design Service Level Agreements (SLAs), tracking, and communication rhythms for Engineering teams.
- Manage a portfolio of reporting and tooling initiatives, ensuring sellers and leaders can act on insights.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Sales, Accounting, Information Systems, Social Sciences or related field AND 5+ years experience in sales operations, project management, analytics, compensation, sales performance analytics, finance/business analyst, process improvement, business development, consulting, finance, marketing, or a related field OR equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of experience working with business intelligence software, tools OR equivalent experience.
Desired Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Business Administration, Organizational Design, or related field OR Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Sales, Accounting, Information Systems, Social Sciences, or related field AND 8+ years experience in sales operations, project management, analytics, compensation, sales performance analytics, finance/business analyst, process improvement, business development, consulting, finance, marketing, or a related field.
- Experience with AI, Copilot, and advanced analytics in sales operations.
- Executive communication and business judgment.
Benefits
- Pay range of USD $97,600 - $188,400 per year (or $125,000 - $206,400 in SF Bay Area and NYC).
