Seeking a Senior Project Manager in Pune, India, to lead global operational development projects in hygienic fluid handling. Responsibilities include managing projects, implementing new production methods and technologies, and driving a Lean Six Sigma mindset across factories.

Responsibilities

Manage global projects with medium to high complexity or business impact.
Develop and implement competitive production methods and equipment.
Identify and run concept studies exploring new processes and technologies.
Drive and coach Lean Six Sigma mindset, replication, and sharing of best practices.
Implement and validate global processes.
Manage projects on time, specification, and budget.
Stakeholder management and communication.
Support process and project engineers.
Travel to support colleagues on other sites and conduct quality inspections.

Requirements

Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical/Production or equivalent experience.
Leadership and management skills and experience.
10+ years of experience in a production/manufacturing company.
Experience from improvement tools (5S, Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, Prince2, Promal).
Project work experience.
Understanding manufacturing processes (machining, forming & joining).
Drawing reading and understanding of GD&T.
Strong communicator both in person and in writing.
Ability to influence and inspire factory management teams.

Desired Qualifications

Hands-on experience on manufacturing processes (machining, forming & joining) is an added advantage.
Curious and driven to understand new disruptive processes/technologies.
Customer focus.
Judgement and decision making.
