Responsibilities
- Own and develop the company’s Quality Management System and processes.
- Lead the implementation, maintenance, and certification of management systems (ISO 9001, AQAP).
- Coordinate certification, recertification, and surveillance audits.
- Ensure compliance with customer, contractual, regulatory, and defence industry quality requirements.
- Maintain quality documentation, records, and objective evidence.
- Minimize risks of non-compliance, product rejection, and contractual penalties.
- Manage internal/external audits, quality findings, non-conformities, and corrective actions.
- Safeguard company reputation and support customer/regulatory assessments.
- Develop and maintain the company’s Ethics & Compliance framework and policies.
- Promote a culture of integrity, responsible business conduct, and ethical decision-making.
- Oversee ethics and compliance areas: conflicts of interest, anti-bribery, whistleblowing, investigations.
- Provide advice and guidance on ethical and compliance matters.
- Act as a key point of contact for auditors, certification bodies, and customers.
Requirements
- University degree.
- Several years of experience in Quality Management, Ethics & Compliance, preferably in defence, aerospace, manufacturing, or a highly regulated industry.
- Proven experience with management systems and certification processes.
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001.
- Experience with AQAP and/or other defence industry standards.
- Practical understanding of business ethics, anti-bribery and corruption, whistleblowing, conflicts of interest, and compliance risk management.
- Experience in audit management, investigations, and corrective action processes.
- Strong understanding of governance, risk, and internal control frameworks.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- High level of integrity, independence, and professional judgment.
- Excellent communication skills in Polish and English (written and spoken).
Desired Qualifications
- Ability to obtain Personnel Security Clearance.
- Meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
- Provide a certificate of no criminal record from the Polish National Criminal Register.
