Responsibilities

Define program strategy, set objectives, and drive improvements quantified with metrics across the SSD selection expansion initiative
Lead cross-functional alignment with Category, Sellers, Operations, and Supply Chain teams to prioritize and execute strategic projects that grow the program
Analyze data to identify opportunities, mitigate risks proactively, and make trade-offs between speed, effort, and deliverables
Author strategy documents and communicate progress and outcomes clearly to directors and senior leadership
Establish mechanisms for tracking key business metrics such as speed perception and program scale, ensuring the program stays aligned with organizational objectives

Requirements

5+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
5+ years of program or project management experience
5+ years of delivering cross functional projects experience
Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements

Desired Qualifications

2+ years of driving process improvements experience
Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field
