Alfa Laval is seeking a Senior .NET Developer for their global agile development team in Pune. The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining C#/.NET applications within a microservices architecture, integrating with Azure services, and contributing to CI/CD pipelines. A Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field is required, along with strong C#/.NET and Azure experience.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain C# / .NET applications in a microservices architecture
Build and consume REST APIs and integrate with Azure services
Participate in code reviews, ensuring adherence to SOLID principles and design patterns
Write and maintain unit and integration tests
Contribute to CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps
Collaborate directly with stakeholders to refine and clarify requirements
Debug and improve existing systems and configurations

Requirements

Strong proficiency in C# and .NET
Hands-on experience with Azure (App Service, Key Vault, Managed Identity, Azure Functions, ARM/Bicep)
Experience with Azure DevOps build and release pipelines
Solid understanding of software design patterns and SOLID principles
Proficient with Git and branching strategies
Experience writing unit and integration tests
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field
Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken)

Desired Qualifications

Experience with microservices architecture is a plus
Knowledge of React & TypeScript is a plus
Ability to work independently and take initiative
Comfortable navigating a large, global organizational landscape
A problem-solving mindset and a positive, collaborative attitude
