Responsibilities
- Manage projects from initial client contact to product delivery, including product development and design, prototyping, testing, supplier coordination, parts sourcing, production line setup and process development.
- Support production and customers by analysing, troubleshooting and resolving product and manufacturing process issues through root cause analysis and effective solutions.
- Maintain communication with team members, clients, suppliers and other stakeholders.
- Contribute to continuous improvement projects related to development process, quality, efficiency, safety and environmental initiatives.
- Support the commercial department.
Requirements
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Extensive experience in product development and design, preferably using SolidWorks.
- Proven experience supporting products in production, including troubleshooting and resolving product and manufacturing issues.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to effectively prioritise tasks to meet deadlines.
- Strong communication skills in both Dutch and English.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with fine mechanical systems, generators and electric motors is considered a plus.
- Ability to influence stakeholders at various levels of the organisation.
