Job Description
Roles and responsibilities
- Being a part of the Global team and work on various spend analysis projects and process compliance & effectiveness aiding strategic decision making for the company.
- Collecting/Organizing/Preparing/Managing data for analysis and conducting quality checks.
- Able to Analysis PO and Non-PO Data to derive meaningful insights into the spend patterns
- Able to define category strategy based on the outcome of the Spend Analysis
- Define and drive strategic projects based on the outcome of the spending report in order to achieve spend savings.
- Able to define Spend objectives, identify information sources, gather data into a central database, cleanse the data, link related suppliers, categorize spend, analyze the data. Repeat and refine the process.
- Monitor, Analyse and Report KPI compliance in the comprehensive areas of Procure to pay process and projects
- Present Dashboard and highlight specific areas and actions for required improvement to attain organizational objective
Ideal Candidate
- Qualification : MBAs or CAs (including Semi Qualified)
- At least 5 years of proven record in the similar role in a multiple country / geography organizational set up
- Experience in of Procurement to Pay (P2P) process and related business processes and best practice business analysis.
- Familiarity with Oracle ERP (particularly P2P & Related module) and reporting tools e.g. Power BI etc. and have an urge to learn new tools and techniques.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (particularly in MS Excel & Power Point)
- Data analysis and visualization skills to collect, examine and present spend data in a meaningful way.
- Communication and research skills to interact with stakeholders and suppliers to identify relevant data sources
- Knowledge to understand the objectives, strategies and best practices of spend analysis, and to identify savings opportunities and risk management.
- Detail-oriented and self-motivated personality to ensure accuracy, quality and timeliness of the analysis.
- Superior problem solving abilities and strong analytical thinking
- Desire to work in a fast paced, challenging environment where you need to push yourself all the time. Ability to work under shared reporting responsibility structure.
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to effectively work in teams
- Mature individual with a professional work ethic, and high degree of ownership and accountability
