Responsibilities

Lead purchasing activities related to the North America region.
Manage readiness, ordering, risk, and cost for suppliers.
Contribute to the company's long-term targets for sustainability and productivity.
Work with next-gen technologies and collaborative teams.
Drive the transition to sustainable and safe transport, mobility, and infrastructure solutions.

Requirements

Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
Solid experience in Purchasing and supplier management, including readiness, ordering, risk, cost.
Experience within the manufacturing industry.
Experience on crisis management.
Proven negotiation, analytical and communication skills.
Strong business acumen, agile in way of working.
University degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent working experience.
Multicultural experience.
Willingness to travel occasionally, inside and outside Brazil.
