The Strategy & Transformation team is seeking a Senior Business Program Manager to lead executive programs within the MCAPS-Core portfolio, driving AI-first transformation and customer growth. This role involves defining program success through KPIs, leading change management, managing complex cross-functional execution, and designing strategic business programs to achieve measurable commercial impact.

Responsibilities

  • Drive program performance, evaluation, and business value through KPIs, OKRs, ROI, and other metrics.
  • Conduct cost-benefit and risk analyses, monitor program health, and optimize or retire programs based on business impact.
  • Lead change management and stakeholder adoption with communication and onboarding plans.
  • Manage complex programs and cross-functional execution, including portfolios, governance, timelines, resources, budgets, risks, and dependencies.
  • Design and improve strategic business programs through research, forecasting, and business analysis to identify opportunities.
  • Deliver secure, compliant, and scalable solutions aligned with organizational priorities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field AND 4+ years experience in program management, process management, or process improvement, OR equivalent experience.
  • Must have prior experience working on large, complex commercial programs within a global enterprise environment.
  • Must have experience working on programs with 30+ stakeholders and varying functions (e.g., technical, business, finance, change management).

Desired Qualifications

  • Master's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field AND 6+ years experience in program management, process management, or process improvement.
  • OR Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field AND 8+ years experience in program management, process management, or process improvement.
  • OR equivalent experience.

Benefits

  • The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $97,600 - $188,400 per year.
  • For specific work locations in the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, the base pay range is USD $125,000 - $206,400 per year.
  • Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
