Responsibilities
- Provide executive support to the Arla SE leadership team, including research and presentation preparation.
- Act as a trusted advisor to the Market Head to facilitate informed decision-making.
- Drive the implementation of the Future28 Strategy through the annual business planning process.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities.
- Develop strategic initiatives and project plans to achieve business objectives.
Requirements
- Consultancy or business development experience.
- Solid educational background, preferably in Business Administration.
- Strong strategy consulting toolbox including business case development, structured problem-solving, communication, and project/program management skills.
- Excellent command of PowerPoint and Excel.
- Ability to communicate confidently in both Swedish and English.
- Independent, self-driven, and thrives in a fast-paced, changing environment.
- Above-average drive and strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to challenge the status quo and propose ambitious solutions.
- Assertive and willing to speak up and challenge senior leaders when necessary.
