Responsibilities

Manage and troubleshoot Endpoint related incidents in large and complex environments.
Define SLAs and Standard Operating Procedures.
Handle customer interactions and client needs.
Work in a 24/7 environment.
Coordinate and work independently or as part of an international team.

Requirements

Minimum 5+ years of relevant Cyber Security experience.
5+ years' experience with Email Security (Proofpoint, Cisco,), Kiteworks (Crypto Proxy, Webmail, Gateway), Cisco AMP, AV, EDR, DLP.
Good hands-on exposure on Email Security, Proxy, Malware protection tools (Cisco AMP), Kiteworks (Gateway, Webmail, Crypto Proxy).
Team management and customer interaction skills.
Exposure in defining SLAs.
Expertise in defining Standard Operating Procedures.
Basic Understanding of network and security concepts.
Good understanding on Incident Management & Change Management and ticketing tools.
Excellent listening, verbal and technical writing skills.
CISCO Email, Cisco AMP, Kiteworks (Webmail, Crypto Proxy, gateway) skills.
