We are looking for a Senior ServiceNow Administrator to join our team in Chennai, India. The role involves enhancing operational efficiency through the development and maintenance of automation tools, focusing on asset management and ITIL processes. Responsibilities include functional consulting, complex incident resolution, and supporting team members.

Responsibilities

Execute ServiceNow functional consulting tasks adhering to quality standards and regulatory requirements.
Perform root cause analysis for complex incidents within the ServiceNow platform.
Update and manage the Knowledge Base and train new team members on ITIL and ITSM best practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex tickets within SLAs.
Enhance customer experience by focusing on first call resolution and mitigating security threats.

Requirements

Advanced proficiency in ServiceNow functional consulting.
Strong understanding of ITIL and ITSM principles.
In-depth knowledge of Incident Management, Problem Management, and Service Request processes within ServiceNow.
Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Desired Qualifications

ITIL Foundation Certification is optional but valuable.
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator Certification is optional but valuable.
