Responsibilities
- Provide advanced technical support for complex incidents using Azure IaaS and Terraform, performing root cause analysis and implementing solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex tickets within SLAs, ensuring seamless operations and a strong security posture.
- Contribute to knowledge base updates and management, and coach analysts to enhance team capabilities and service quality.
- Adhere to quality standards and regulatory requirements while delivering support, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Drive customer satisfaction by achieving first call resolution, minimizing rejected resolutions, and preventing case reopens.
Requirements
- Proficiency in IaaS on Azure and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform.
- Solid understanding of Azure Kubernetes and Windows Azure PaaS/IaaS.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills in a support environment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance and quality standards in technical support.
Desired Qualifications
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate (Optional but valuable)
- Hashicorp Certified: Terraform Associate (Optional but valuable)
