Responsibilities

  • Provide advanced technical support for complex incidents using Azure IaaS and Terraform, performing root cause analysis and implementing solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex tickets within agreed SLAs.
  • Contribute to knowledge base updates and management, and coach analysts.
  • Adhere to quality standards and regulatory requirements while delivering support.
  • Drive customer satisfaction by achieving first call resolution and preventing case reopens.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in IaaS on Azure and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform.
  • Solid understanding of Azure Kubernetes and Windows Azure PaaS/IaaS.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills in a support environment.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Familiarity with regulatory compliance and quality standards in technical support.

Desired Qualifications

  • Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate (optional but valuable).
  • Hashicorp Certified: Terraform Associate (optional but valuable).
