Responsibilities
- Work with external suppliers to develop robust processes and deliver high-quality parts.
- Involve in pre-qualification of suppliers through successful launch of components.
- Verify suppliers' use of industry standards and Autoliv Standards.
- Review suppliers' agreed production lines/practices.
- Follow-up on non-conforming materials and events to closure.
- Work with internal teams (Project Launch, Purchasing, Engineering, Quality) to plan quality events and resolve issues.
- Manage PPAP/PSW approvals for external suppliers.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering required.
- English speaking/writing is required.
- Automotive industry and/or engineering experience.
- Problem solving experience.
- Lean and Six sigma expertise.
