Accenture Strategy & Consulting's Capital Projects practice is looking for a Transformation Consultant in Abu Dhabi to help clients improve project performance, governance, and digital transformation. You will advise on project controls, assess PMO effectiveness, and support the implementation of capital project management platforms.

Responsibilities

Advise clients on project controls, project governance, capital planning, and delivery transformation.
Assess and enhance project controls operating models and PMO effectiveness.
Lead cost, schedule, and performance management assessments.
Support development of governance frameworks, stage-gate models, and assurance processes.
Conduct schedule, risk, and earned value performance reviews.
Define reporting requirements and executive dashboards for program and portfolio management.
Facilitate workshops and stakeholder discussions to identify business challenges and transformation opportunities.
Support implementation of capital project management platforms and reporting solutions.
Prepare executive-level presentations, recommendations, and business cases.
Contribute to business development and proposal activities.

Requirements

Experience in several of the following: Project Controls, Cost Controls, Schedule Controls, Earned Value Management (EVM), PMO Setup & Transformation, Capital Portfolio Management, Governance & Assurance, Risk Management, Business Process Improvement, Project Performance Analytics.
Technology exposure to Primavera P6, Oracle Primavera Unifier, EcoSys, Aconex, Planisware, Power BI, Oracle or SAP Project Systems.
Strong consulting and stakeholder management capabilities.
Ability to structure complex problems and develop practical solutions.
Strong presentation and communication skills.
Experience engaging with senior business and project stakeholders.
Demonstrated analytical and commercial acumen.

Desired Qualifications

Proven years of experience in Capital Projects Consulting, PMO, Project Controls, EPC, Engineering, Construction, Infrastructure, Utilities, Energy, or Industrial sectors.
Experience working on large-scale capital programs.
Experience in management consulting or project advisory is highly desirable.
PMP, AACE CCP, PMI-SP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certifications preferred.
Experience leading client-facing workstreams is advantageous.
