Join Transcom as a Tourism Advisor fluent in Spanish and English, primarily working night shifts. You will assist travelers with inquiries, reservations, and travel planning. Responsibilities

Provide 24/7 support to Spanish-speaking customers.
Assist with travel inquiries, suggestions, and reservations.
Handle changes, cancellations, and modifications to bookings.
Provide administrative follow-up and reports for tours.
Communicate with users primarily via written methods (80%).

Requirements

Fluent in Spanish (B2/C1 level).
Fluent in English.
Willingness to work primarily night shifts.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to work actively and independently on a computer.
Team player with a developed sense of teamwork.

Desired Qualifications

Willingness to undergo a 3-week training period in the Belgrade office.
Potential for remote work after the training period.
Interest in assisting travelers with discovering destinations and planning trips.
