Responsibilities

Lead and mentor technical teams in SAP ABAP on HANA development projects.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design technical solutions aligned with business needs.
Develop and enhance SAP ABAP programs on the HANA platform for optimal performance.
Perform code reviews, ensure code quality, and implement best practices.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in SAP systems.
Recommend innovative solutions by staying updated with the latest SAP technologies.
Participate in project planning, estimation, and resource allocation.

Requirements

Strong proficiency in SAP ABAP programming language.
Hands-on experience with SAP HANA database and development tools.
In-depth knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and Fiori applications.
Experience in leading technical teams and managing end-to-end SAP development projects.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently under pressure.

Desired Qualifications

SAP Certified Development Specialist ABAP for SAP HANA (if any) is a plus.
