Responsibilities
- Translate customer clinical, operational, and business priorities into a clear Clinical Copilot value proposition.
- Develop and execute joint action plans with executive sponsors and relevant stakeholders.
- Build customer relationships across executive, clinical, and technical teams.
- Identify adoption and consumption blockers and coordinate remediation.
- Represent the voice of the customer by gathering feedback and sharing insights.
- Partner with Account Executives, Specialists, and Customer Success Managers to discover and develop expansion opportunities.
- Complete required training and product/role certifications.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Information Security, or related field AND 4+ years experience in technology-related sales or account management OR equivalent experience.
Desired Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Business Administration (i.e., MBA), Information Technology, Information Security, or related field AND 6+ years experience in technology-related sales or account management OR Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Information Security, or related field AND 8+ years experience in technology-related sales or account management OR equivalent experience.
- 4+ years solution or services sales experience.
