Atlas Copco is seeking a Sales Engineer in Warsaw, Poland to drive industrial growth by developing new business and strengthening customer relationships. This hybrid, home-based role requires at least 2 years of field sales experience, strong communication skills in Polish and English, and a valid driving license.

Responsibilities

Actively hunt for new customers and turn leads into signed business
Grow existing accounts within your assigned region
Spend most of your time in the field meeting customers, understanding their processes, and identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities
Track market trends and competitor activity to adjust your sales approach
Plan and execute targeted sales activities
Manage your pipeline
Deliver accurate forecasts and reports

Requirements

Completed secondary education (technical background is an advantage)
At least 2 years of experience in field sales, ideally with technical or industrial products
Communicate confidently in Polish and English in both customer-facing and internal settings
Hold a valid driving license and are ready to spend most of your time traveling within your region
Comfortable working independently in a home-based role with a high level of ownership
