Responsibilities
- Provide an inspirational shopping experience by actively approaching customers to identify their needs and advising them on the best solutions.
- Maintain enthusiasm about the IKEA range and learn the stories behind products and their design.
- Support maximising sales by ensuring areas are clean, fully stocked, all products priced, well presented and easy to shop.
- Support customers through personalised planning appointments using IKEA digital planning tools.
- Manually handle heavy products safely, using ladders and pump trucks.
Requirements
- Skilled at forward planning, can handle several tasks at once with ease, and take pleasure in being a team member as well as fulfilling responsibilities on your own.
- Customer first mindset, where you make the customer feel valued and supported.
- Take initiative, make well-informed choices, and actively engage with daily tasks.
- Prioritise and organise own work to make efficient use of time with great attention to detail.
- Efficient, results-driven, and highly organised.
- Proficient with IT and hand held equipment.
- Attach an updated CV with your application.
- Complete an On Demand HireVue recorded interview.
- Attend an assessment center interview.
