Responsibilities

Own and drive the L&D function across all FCs in the region to meet business needs and align with global standards.
Partner with HR Business Partners to design and implement training plans, including needs analysis, skills development, cross-training, and leadership development.
Facilitate orientation for permanent and temporary employees.
Foster the growth of front-line associates and FC managers through ongoing guidance and development.
Ensure the FC Learning team creates and maintains accurate SOPs, job task documentation, and training aids.
Manage L&D resources including budget, headcount, equipment, and materials.
Leverage technology and AI-powered learning tools to enhance training delivery and personalize learning journeys.
Lead cross-functional FC projects to drive improvements in quality, productivity, and employee safety.
Design and deliver training programs to build L&D support capacity during peak periods.
Utilize data and digital platforms to track learner progress, identify skill gaps, and make data-driven decisions.
Track and report training metrics through dashboards and reports.
Communicate Learning goals, assignments, and progress updates to stakeholders.

Requirements

2+ years of employee and performance management experience.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience.
Ability to work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.

Desired Qualifications

1+ years of performance metrics, process improvement, or lean techniques experience.
Experience in program management, logistics, operations, transportation, learning, or a related field.
