Responsibilities

- Understand and initiate IP generation in your area of specialization and participate in the project IP strategy development.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in industrial automation and control systems, working as an R&D Project Manager, Automation Engineer, Control Systems Engineer, Technical Lead or in a similar role.
- Solid experience with automation platforms and technologies such as PLC, SCADA, HMI, embedded systems, system integration and industrial communication networks.
- Degree in Automation Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mechatronics or a related field.
- Good understanding of control system architecture, industrial communication protocols, cybersecurity principles and the validation of complex technical solutions.
- Experience of project management, requirements management, risk management, product development processes and agile ways of working.
- Fluent communication in English, both written and spoken.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with DevOps practices and software lifecycle management is considered an advantage.
- Swedish language skills are considered an advantage.
