Responsibilities
- Independently evaluate customer Request for Quote (RFQ) requirements and customer specifications.
- Validate that our product offering will meet the RFQ requirement.
- Collaborate with sales engineers and operations on strategic proposal methods.
- Continuously improve business by generating smart proposals and providing complete solutions to sales.
- Generate proposals with options and value propositions based on customer segmentation.
- Utilize the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system properly and follow up through the sales lifecycle with sales and admin teams.
- Maintain accurate records of all proposals and follow up to ensure output aligns with service targets.
Requirements
- University degree, preferably in Mechanical engineering or other engineering study.
- 1+ years of experience, preferably in Aftermarket sales and marketing, or customer service.
- Resourceful with service information.
- Excellent written and spoken communication in English.
- Able to support many sales engineers and work under pressure and tight deadlines.
- Growth mindset to learn fast.
Desired Qualifications
- CRM experience is preferred.
- MS Office experience (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel).
