Responsibilities

Define and drive the global quality strategy for the Food Preservation business.
Act as the senior quality partner to Product Line leadership, influencing strategic decisions.
Champion a culture where quality is recognized as a key business enabler.
Own and continuously improve key quality performance indicators (SCR, warranty cost, consumer satisfaction, reliability, perception).
Establish ambitious quality targets and ensure robust execution plans.
Lead the prioritization of critical quality improvement initiatives.
Ensure preventive quality principles are integrated into product development, verification, validation, industrialization, and launch processes.
Partner with R&D and Product Line teams to drive quality excellence in new product introductions.
Lead cross-functional teams in solving complex quality challenges.
Build strong partnerships with Manufacturing, Purchasing, Supplier Quality, Service, and Regional organizations.
Coach, mentor, and develop quality professionals.
Foster a high-performance environment based on collaboration, ownership, continuous learning, and accountability.
